Today is a happy day with the windy breeze floating around the neighborhood. The sun shines and it is definitely shorts and flip flop weather it is above 50*. Practically a heat wave for this side of the world. The birds have plucked themselves out of quiet of the earth and begun to fill the world with music.
Verna is doing well and has quickly figured out how she prefers her morning goodies prepared. She is still on the mend but things are looking very promising. She has even gone for a golf cart ride or two..If only Verna was an old woman, the things she would have to say and the hats she would wear. She has an amazing personality, that offers you understanding and patience.
Often people will talk fondly of the past dog in their lives. How there is just that one dog that made a difference in your life--Verna is it. She is a toast with jelly and a smile that will melt your heart. A dog who knows how she wants her eggs cooked.
